Marcia (Chapin) Christy - July 20/22, 1880 - Ritsman, KS
—note: Ritsman Kansas Post Office appears to have been discontinued on Oct. 5 in 1881. Having been open for roughly sixteen months. Letter contents suggest an extensive drought caused many to up and leave and the town eventually seemed to disappear as Ritsman cannot be found on google maps today.—
