Dear Mother

As Richard has gone to the blue Ribon meeting at tolono I thought I would write to you to pass of time I washed today with one of thoese washers it is just the thing I got done and all on the line at half past 2 O Clock I washed alone it is betterthan any washing machine I ever saw it is so easy I bought the right Family Right I mean I dont think the five dollars lost it is a good investment. he washed for me last monday for me he was all done before dinner but George and me helped him if I had another tub I should have been done before noon today the clothes is nice and white I wish you had one
