Loh-Kwan Chen (陈六琯)
Loh-Kwan Chen (陈六琯) recieved a M.S. in Civil Engineering in 1924.
He built most of the airports in China before WWII and during the Japanese invasion, he destroyed most of them himself, to prevent the Japanese from using them.
His daughter and son in law, the Eades family, successfully started and operated the Regent Developments in Champaign and Savoy.
